Certain simple edits may need to be made to your existing QuickBooks account set ups for IDnest features to be optimized. We have financial services specialists available to assist with these modifications as needed and extensive user manuals are available within the system.
The initial release of IDnest includes proprietary project management, social media management and CRM systems in addition to supporting integrations with QuickBooks, Monday.com, Google Analytics, Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and tabular reports generated from Houzz/Ivy/Excel.
Yes. The enterprise-wide user allows you to invite third party service providers to access your IDnest account, and a separate profile and user permissions can be established for your bookkeeper or marketing agency representative.
Canceling your subscription can be done within IDnest. The timelines and parameters depend on the nature of your subscription. Adding options to your monthly subscription can also be easily managed within the IDnest administrative function.
The enterprise-wide subscription accommodates up to 10 users. For more users above 10, please contact info@idnest.com.
Once the connection is established, IDnest is considered a “connected asset” on the business page. You do not need to grant Facebook Business Manager permission to individuals in your company or marketing firm for them to use the system to support your social media management tasks.
Yes. Data is pulled from supported applications and analysis and insights are generated in real time.
It is anticipated that IDnest will connect to other applications over time, but custom connections are not possible currently. Reports within the system provide insights and analysis reflective of an individual company’s data and customized thresholds entered in each tool’s settings.
Yes, scheduling and posting occurs directly to social platforms based on the users input of data within IDnest.
For all price changes highlighted, the user has the option of resolving by absorbing in margin or invoicing client and adding comments in a notes field to each resolved item.
Yes. IDnest has customer service available 9am – 5pm cst weekdays. Support tickets can be submitted within the system and IDnest’s team manages the inflow and resolution of all tickets.
Yes. IDnest CRM may be set up to receive inquiries from your website or social platforms.
Project related income (sales) and expenses (vendor costs) must be properly categorized in QuickBooks for the Project Profitability report to be accurate. Instructions for setting up and maintaining QuickBooks account to be optimized for use with IDnest can be found in the IDnest User Manual.
The Cash Available for Business Operations report considers total cash less outstanding credit card balances, sales tax owed, and vendor payments owed. The net amount represents unencumbered cash available to fund your firm’s business operations.
